Prayer Will Build Character

Posted by Men of Redemption on January 3, 2012

Prayer is will build character in all of us. It’s our communication with our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ. Daily prayer and meditation is a matter of will and habit. Prayer should be a part of our lives everyday. Prayer involves not only asking God for blessing and understanding but it also involves praising and giving Him thanks for what He is, and has already done. We are to give God thanks in all things, good and bad because there is always a reason He allows these things in our lives. He wants us to learn, grow, and realize that we need Him. If you have a relationship with God, communicating with Him is essential for a healthy life.

“Prayer is not a work that can be allocated to one or another group in the church. It is everybody’s responsibility; it is everybody’s privilege.” A. W. Tozer
