Recovery Tip for This Week . . . . Don’t Forget to Exercise! 

Here we go! Here’s something we ought not o forget while in recovery . . . We need to get our exercise in guys! We can be so focused on the practical principles of work-book instruction and totally forget about the physical body. That is a huge mistake! We need to spend some time, at least 30-minutes a day doing some kind of exercise, to maintain a healthy flow of endurance and stamina. Whether you choose to walk, jogging, riding a bike, working out at the gym, swimming, or whatever you feel like enjoying as long as its something that keeps you physically agile and moving. Exercise helps keep the balance with everything we’re doing so that we’re not always bored or doing just one thing. Make it a point daily to take a break, work on that body for a few moments, relax, and then sit down and have a nice bowl of fruit and thank God for trying to stay fit.
